- نحمي القليل من الزيت ونقلب فيه الثوم قليلا ثم نضع الكزبره الخضراء بعد ان نرفع جزءا منها على جنب.
- نذبل الكزبره مع الثوم بقليل من زيت الزيتون ثم نسكبها في القدر.
- نترك المزيج يغلي على نار هادئه حتى تنضج جميع المكونات ويتجانس الخليط.
- بعد أن تنضج تُسكب في طبق التقديم وتزين بالبصل المقلي والكزبره الخضراء والخبز المقلي وتقدم ساخنة.
