- منسلق العدس والبصلتين المقطعين تقريبا ثلاث ارباع الاستواء.
- منضيف العجين بعد ما ننخله من الطحين ونحرك حتى لا يلتصق في اسفل الطنجرة ونهدي النار ونضيف التمر الهندي ودبس الرمان والملح ومنتركو يغلي ليستوي وهون المزيج مابكون لاكتير سميك ولامريق بس انتبهوا مايلزق ويحترق من الاسفل كل شوي لازمو تحريك.
- منقلي الكزبرة والثوم بالزيت الزيتون ومنضيف نصن عالطبخة ومنترك الباقي لنزين فيهن منطفي النار بعد 5 دقائق من وقت ضفناهم عالطبخة.
- منسكب حراق بأصبعو ومنزين على الوجه خبز مقلي وبصل مقلى وتقلاية الكزبرة واكيد الرمان اللي هو اطيب شي😋.
