7. ونبدأ نحشي العجينه بالحشوه كما الصور.
8. وتصف في الصينيه بجانب بعضها بدون ترك فراغات.
9. لعمل الصوص بالخلاط نطحن الكزبره والماجي والقشطه والجبنه طحن ناعم وكريمة الطبخ (اختياري).
10. ونصب الصوص على الصينيه وندخلها الفرن الى ان تتحمر.
11. وتقدم مباشره.
12. وبالعافيه.
