  2. نبدا نضيف فالماء الدافي تدريجيا مع الدلك حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية شبه سائلة(كي عجينة السفنج) نغطيها بابي فيلم ونخليها تختمر ويتضاعف حجمها.
  3. نكسرلها لخمور تاعهاو نضيفلها الزبدة والهميرة وناعود ندلكها 5د.
  4. ندهن صينية فرن بالزبدة او الزيت ونفتح فيها العجينة تاعي وندهنها بصفار البيضة المتبقية مع شوي حليب وخل ونرشها بالسانوج والجلجلان ونتركها تختمر مرة اخرى حتى يتضاعف حجمها وندخلها للفرن تطيب لما تتحمر من تحت ومن الجوانب نشعل عليها من فوق تاخذ اللون الذهبي المحمر ونقلبها فوق مشبك.
  5. نتركها تبرد تماما ثم نقطعها ونقدمها بالصحة والراحة.
  6. هاهو شكلو من الداخل كيفش خفيف ومثقب.
