  1. في طنجرة نضع الكرشة في قليل من الزيت + البصل و الطماطم المسكرفجين مع الملح والتوابل و الملعقة الصغيرة للطماطم المصبرة ونقلي كلش مع بعض جيد.
  2. في صحن آخر نضع كيس الملوخية مع الزيت زيتون ونحلها جيدا نتأكدو انو لا يوجد اي تكتلات و نضعها جانبا.
  3. بعد ما تتقلى الصوص جيدا نضيف الملوخية لي سبق او حليناها في الزيت زيتون ونحرك الكل مع بعض او نبقاو نحركو او نخلوها تتقلى شوي مع اضافة كاس ماء مغلي ونخليها حوالي 10 دقائق.
  4. بعدها نمرقو بالماء المغلي حوالي لترين او نصف ماء مغلي او نحرك على نار منخفظة يمكن تلاحظو وجود تكتلات صغيرة لا داعي للخوف مواصلة التحريك المستمر ينحل كلش في بعضو و نتركها على حدى فوق نار هادئة.
  5. بعد ساعتين ا وأكثر نلاحظ الكمية نقصت او بدات تخرج فالزيت او دير فقعات كبيرة هذا دليل انها استوت او نتي لي تحكمي في قوامها يستحسن تقدم مع كسرة خميرة الف عافيه 😘.
