  1. سخني الزيت في اناء اضيفي الكراث و الثوم ، اتركيه يذوب مدة ثلاث دقايق، اضيفي الطماطم ، الشطه ، ملح وفلفل ، و اخيرا مجموعة الاعشاب ، غطيه واتركيه يستوى مدة ٣٠ دقيقه مع الخلط مرات..
  2. ذوبي السمن في مقلاة ، اضيفي البصل واتركيه يحمر قليلا ، اضيفي الرز واتركيه دقيقه او دقيقتين مع الخلط ، اضيفي المرق مغلي ، غطيه واتركيه يستوي حتى يشرب الرز المرق.
  3. اختاري ورق الاكليل واغسليها جيدا ، و حطيها في ماء مغلي مملح مدة ٢ قايق، افركيه بين يديك ، وقطعيه بالسكين ، بعد ان يطهى الرز اضيفي اليه الاكليل و ٣ ٣ بيضات كامله ، اخلطي جيدا ثم اتركيها تبرد قليلا.
  4. سخني زيت القلي اخلطي الزيت انباتي مع صفار البيض ، و ملعقتين ماء ، حطي الفرينه في طبق تاني و مبشور الخبز في طبق ثالث ، كوني كريات من الرز مرغيها في الفرينه ، و بعدها في البيض ، واخيرا في مبشور الخبز.
  5. اقلي الكويرات في الزيت لمدة ٣ دقائق ، و حطيهم على ورق لتنشف من الزيت ، قدميها ساخنه مع الصوص المحضره سابقا..
