- يقلى البصل مع زيت الزيتون، حتى يتحوّل لونه إلى الأشقر.
- يسخّن الحساء، بعد ضربه بالخلاط الكهربائي، ويزيّن بالبصل المفروم، ويقدّم إلى جانبه البف الباستري المحمصة وعصير الليمون الحامض مع فرم القليل من البقدونس للزينة.
- وصحة وعافية يارب 🌙🌻.
