- نجهز خليط اللبن نخلط جميع المكونات ونضع فوقها الباذنجان المفروم ونخلط جيدا.
- للتقديم نضع خليط الباذنجان وفوقه خليط الكباب ويزين بالبقدونس وصحتين🌸🌸.
