  2. لتحضير الكباب نشوي حبة فليفله حمرا كبيره ثم نغطيها بشفاف لتطري ونقشرها نضعها في محضره الطعام مع البصل والبقدونس والليّةوالفلفل الاخضر وملعقه رب البندوره والزيت وملح وفلفل اسود نطحن حتي تنعم ثم نعجنها باللحم المفروم ننتبه ان نعصرها قبل اضافتها الي اللحم.
  3. نقطع حبات بندوره بشكل دائري وحبات الفليفله بشكل دائري ونبدأ برص البيتنجان ثم الكباب بشكل دائري ثم البندوره والفليفله وحبة كباب وهكذا حتي تنتهي الكميه.
  4. نضعها بفرن حامي بدون غطاء بعد ساعه من وضعها نخرجها نصب فوقها صلصة البندوره ونضعها مرة اخري بالفرن حتي تتحمر.
