  3. كي تطيب مانجبدهاش مباشرة من الفرن نخليها تبرد قليلاً من المستحسن نخليها ترتاح ونخدم بيها نقسم الكيكة الى قسمين نحطلها السيرو(كاس سكر مع كاس ماء وشريحة ليمون فوق النار لمدة عشر دقائق) ونزينها بالكريمة والتزيين الاخير اختياري.
