- بعدها نضع الطحين والخميرة حتى يجهز الخليط.
- نفرغ الخليط في صينية وندخلها الى الفرن على 170درجة حتى تحمر نخرهاوندخل سكين اذا ناشف تكون جاهزة نتركها تبرد نخلط الحليب بارد جداً معى الكريمة ونخفقها بضراب حتى تتماسك.
- نفرغ كريم شانتيه فوق بسكويت كما في الصورة ثم نضع كريمة الليمون كما في الصور.
- ننزع ملعقة ك من الكريمة الليمون نضع فيها ملعقة كاكاو ونضع خطوط فوق الكريمة مثل الملفاي.
