- نفرغه في مول مدهون بالزيت ومرشوش بالسميد ندخلها الفرن على حرارة متوسطة حتى تأخذ اللون الذهبي.
- فورا خروجها نسقيها بالشاربات باردة.
- نحضر البسبوسة: نأتي بوعاء نضع فيه البيض والسكر ونخلط جيداً.
- نقطع ورق إلى أعمدة ونضعه فوق البسبوسة ونضع نواد كوكو (جوز الهند) فالفراغات حسب الصورة لتفاصيل أكثر زوروني على قناتي cuisine Nour Sedjal.
- شهية طيبة.
- التزيين: نواد كوكو (جوز الهند) وكوكاو محمص ومرحي و حبات من الكرز المصبر.
