- نحط البصل و الثوم في زيت على زبده و نقلبهم لغايه ما لونهم يبدأ يغمق ننزل بعصير الطماطم و بعدين التوابل و السكر و ملعقة كبيره خل و مكعب المرقه و نسيبها على النار لغايه ما تتسبك و الماء تنشف تماما.
- لما تتسبك نضيف عليها الرز و الشبت و البقدونس و نقلب كويس و نبدأ تحشي الممبار و نراعي اننا منملهوش جامد عشان الرز لسه هيزيد حجمه لما يستوي.
- نحط حله فيها ماء و نحط فيها واحده حبهان وورق لوري و بصله و لما تغلي ننزل بالممبار.
- لما يتسلق و يستوي كويس نطلعه نحمره في زيت و بالهنا.
