- طريقة عمل الشربات: ملعقة كبيرة عسل جلوكوز(يمكن الاستغناء عنه) نضيف السكر علي الماء وعسل الجلوكوز ونسيبه يغلي لمدة ٥ دقائق ثم نضيف ملح الليمون والفانيليا ونسيبها تغلي لخمس دقائق ثم نضيف ملعقة سمن ونسيبه يغلي دقيقتين ونطفي عليه.
- نخلط السكر مع دقيق السميد والبيكنج باودر وجوز الهند علي الناشف كويس.
- نخلط الحليب مع السمن مع العسل.
- نضيف الخليطين الي بعض ونقلبهم تقليب خفيف جدا حتي يمتزجوا.
- ندهن الصاج او الصينية بالزبدة ونسكب الخليط فيها ونوزعه بالتساوي فالصينية نزينها بالبندق او اي نوع مكسرات.
- نضعها في فرن ساخن لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة علي درجة حرارة ٢٠٠ مع مراقبتها حتي تتحول الي اللون الذهبي المائل الي البني.
- نخرجها من الفرن ساخنة ونسكب عليها كل كمية الشربات الساخن ونظيب البسبوسة تشرب الشربات كله.
- نسيبها تبرد وبالهنا والشفا.
