  1. نضع السميد فى بوله وعليها الجوز هند والسكر والبيكنج بودر والهيل ويخلط ثم نضع الزبادى يكون بدرجه حراره الغرفه وعليه الزيت ويقلب جيدا بالمعلقه ثم يوضع بصنيه ممكن تكون بيركس او قالب التشيز كيك علشان التزيين حسب الرغبه يكون صنيه وسط وتدخل الفرن حامى على حراره 180 الى ان تحمر من تحت ونشغل الشوايه من فوق الى ان تحمر وتخرج تسقى بالقطر البارد.
  2. تجهز المهلبية نضع كل المقادير على البارد ويقلب ثم يوضع على النار ويقلب ونضع علبه القشطه ويحرك الى ان يغلى ويكون جاهز يصب على البسبوسه بعد ما استوت ويترك ليبرد وتدخل الثلاجه الى ان تتماسك اقل وقت 2 او اكتر للتزيين نضع علبه القشطه فى طبق وتخفق جيدا بمعلقه ثم تفرد على طبقه المهلبية بعد ما برد بالثلاجة وتزين حسب الرغبه والف هنا.
