  2. نضيف اللحمه والدهنه و فصوص الثوم المدقوق وجميع المكونات الباقيه.
  3. اذا كان ورق العنب قاسي ويتشقق عند اللف نضع ورق العنب في ماء وملح وملعقة زيت حتى يغلي الماء ويطرا الورق ومن ثم نبدا باللف.
  4. طريقة اللف.
  5. نجمع الورق الملفوف كميه ثم نربطه بخيط.
  6. قبل ان نضع اليبرق نضع قطع لحم او دجاج و قطع دهنة تحت اليبرق ونضع رؤوس ثم غير مقشرة ونضيف ربطات اليبرق نغمره بالماء ونضيف الملح.
  7. المرقة ع حسب الزوق 1 النوع الاول مي ودبس بندورة وعصير ليمونه و سمنه 2النوع التاني مي وملح ودبس رمان 3 النوع الثالث مي ومية حصرم وملح.
  8. ملاحظة: للحصول على افضل يبرق يجب ان يطهى على فترة طويلة في الطنجرة العادية 4ساعات عالاقل ع نار هادية في طنجرة الضغط ساعتين ونص ع نار هادية جدا.
