- بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، اولا في جفنة نبسس الفرينة مع سمن و زيت قرصة ملح و سكر ناعم و نلم بماء الزهر بدون ما نعجن حتى يبدا يبانو خيوط بيضاء في العجينة نخليها ترتاح.
- ثانيا نحضر الحشو نحط كاوكاو و سكر و نرش بماء الزهر بدون عجن تجي تتلسق في اليد.
- نقطع العجينة نشكل كرات 30غ في الكرة الواحدة نبسطها بشكل دايري ثم نشكل بالحشو حرف T و نلم. الاطراف و نقفل جيدا.
- نعدلها بين اصابعي حتى تتشكل شكل مروحة.
- نحط الحلوة في صينية الفرن ترتاح ساعة قبل ما ندخلها الفرن.
- بعد ساعة ندخلها الفرن يكون ساخن من قبل.
- لما نخرجها من الفرن نتركها تبرد جيدا و نحضر الكلاصاج.
- الڨلاصاج: في وعاء نحط عبر زيت عبر حليب عبر ماء الزهر ملعقتين ليمون و نبدا نضيف سكر الرطب مغربل بتدريج لما يصبح قوام سائل قليلا نفتح الملون في ملعقة ماء الزهر و نضيفها الخليط ثم نواصل اضافة السكر حتى تتقال.
- و نبدا نڨلاصي لعرايش ديالي نغطس وجه الحلوة في ڨلاصاح ونحطها تقطر فوق مشبك و ما نلمسهاش حتى تجف.
