- أستخدمي الشوبك لفتح العجينه على شكل دائري. قصي الاطراف الزائده.
- أتركيها جانباَ و اعملي قطعه اخرى ب نفس الحجم و الطريقه.
- ضعي على الطبقه الاولى مقدار من الحشوه و غطيها ب القطعه الثانيه ثم اضغطي على الاطراف ب قوه.
- افتحيها ب الشوبك مرى اخرى و لكن بدون ضغط قوي.
- نحضر ماء السلق و نضيف عليه ملعقه زيت و ملح و نتركه حتى يغلي ثم نضع الكبه تاخذ كل حبه 3 الى 5 دقائق حتى تنسلق.
