- نضيف الماء الزهر وثم بشوي الماء حتى نتحصل على عجينة رطبة ونغلفها ونخليها ترتاح.
- نرحي اللوز ونضيفلو سكر وفاني ونجمع الحشو بالماء الزهر بشوية ونعجنو مليح ونخليه يرتاح.
- نوزن العجينة 35غ والحشو 15غ.
- نحلل عجينة ونضع حشو في الوسط ونشمل على شكل عرايش.
- نخليهم يرتاحو فوق بلاطو ونكونو غطيناهم بكيس بلاستيكي.
- نطهوهم يكونو لون ذهبي ونحمرهم شوي من فوق.
- نحضر طلية نخلط حليب وزيت وماء الزهر وملون ونبدا نضيف سكر مسحوق يكون مغربل نتحصل على خليط ثقيل ومن بعد نخفو بعصير الليمون.
