- بسم الله تخلطي الفرينة والسمن والزيت ثم تحطي الماء ورد ثم الملح والماء حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية تحطيها في الثلاجة لمدة 10دقايق.
- نطرح العجينة ونقطعها الى دوائر ثم نضع الحشو على حرف y ثم نغلق العجينة على هادا الشكل.
- تطهى بالفرن على درجة حرارة 180حتى تصفار من فوق نتركها تبرد.
- نضع كل مكونات القلاصاج تم نضع الحليب بالتدريج باه مايغلبناش لازم نتحصل على قلاصاج ثقيل نخليهم يقطرو كي ينشفو نعمل التزيين.
