- في ايناء نضع الكاوكاو والسكر والزبدة وعطر اللوز ونلم بماء الزهر.
- بعدما ترتاح العجينه نشكلها كورات صغيرة نحبها بالحلال ونشكل حرف Y بالحشو ونلم العجينه ونشكلها على شكل عرايش نثقبها وندخلها طيب.
- نوجد الطلية بخلط بياض البيض حتى نتحصل على خليط الثلج نضيف الزيت والشاربات وعصير القارص ونخلط ثم نضيف سكر الناعم حتى نتحصل على طليةنضيف الملون الي نحبوه نطلي العرايش وبعدما تنشف نطليهم بالملمع ونزين بخطوط من الطلية ونلصق الورود والأوراق راهم يتباعو جاهزين ونرش الباييت وبالتوفيق للجميع.
