- نخلط المقادير للحصول على عجينة متماسكة نتركها ترتاح لمدة ساعتين.
- نحضر الحشوة ثم ناخد العجينة بوزن 30 غ للواحدة نحللها دائرة نضع الحشو و نشكل العرايش ندخلهم في الفرن.
- نحضر مقادير الطلية الخلاط الكهربائي و نضيف سكر ناعم حتى تتمسك الطلية.
- كي يبردو لعرايش نطليهم في الطلية و نضيف فوقها زهرة جاهزة و نتركها تنشف في الأخير توضع في ليكسات بصحتكم.
