- نكور العجينة كويرات صغيرة ونحلها بالحلال ونحشيها بالحشو ونشكلها كما في الصورة وندخلها الى الفرن.
- نخرجها من الفرن ونتركها تبرد ثم نزينها بالقلاصاج ونزينها باالعقاش ونتركها تنشف ونلمعها بااللماع الغذائي.
- من احسن نتركها ليلة كاملة العجينة الحشو ترتاح.
