Steps to make قالب الفاهيتا:
- نقطع الدجاج شرايح رفيعه نغسل الدجاج و ننقعه بماء وخل ربع ساعة نغسله ونتركه يصفى.
- نبهر الدجاج بالزبادي و الليمون و زيت الزيتون و البهارات و الثوم (الافضل نتركه ليله كاملة بالثلاجة).
- بطاوة حارة على النار نضيف شوي زيت زيتون نشوح فيها البصل و الفلفل الرومي حتى يذبل اضيف الدجاج و الفطر واكمل تشويح اغطي القدر و اتركه حتى يمتص كامل الماء نسكر على النار ونتركه حتى يبرد شوي.
- نأخذ خبز التورتيلا وندهنه من صوص التورتيلا نحط شوي حشوه و فوقها جبنة شرايح نلفها رول و نقطعها و نرصها بالقالب نكرر العمليه حتى تنتهي الكمية نرش على الوجه مازاريلا وندخلها الفرن شوي حتى تذوب الجبنة.
