  3. الحشو: 200مل كرام فراش و كرام شونتي وكاكو و نخلطوهم.
  4. قلاساج ميروار: ربع كاس ماء مع جيلاتين ونخلطهم بملعقة ونخلوهم 20 دقيقة حتان جيلاتين يمتص الماء نحكمو نحطو ف كسرونة 90ملتر ماء و 220غ سكر و نخليوه يغلي و نحطو 120 غ كاكاو مع 120غ كرام فراش و نخلطو و كي يغلي السيرو نحطوه على دفعات فخليط تع كاكاو وكرام فراش و مبعد نحطو خليط كامل فكسرونة و نحطوه فالغاز حتان سكر يذوب 2 دقائق اكااكا و ب البرا نرحيو خليط و نصفيوه بالغربال.
  5. ملاحظة :كي تحطو طبقات تع كيك و تديرو الحشو كي تكملوه حطوه فالكونجيلاتور و كي يجمد حطولو قلاساج ميروار واذا شفتو قلاساج ميروار يجمد حطوه يسخن برك.
