- في وعاء نضع البيض و السكر ونخلط جيداً بواسطة الضراب الكهربائي حتى يتضاعف الحجم ثم نضيف الدقيق الابيض الكاكاو وخميرة الحلوى ونخلط با الملعقة وندخلها الفرن على درجة 160 دقيقة.
- لتحضير كريمة الزبدة نضع في قدر الماء و السكر يغلي من جهة اخرى نفقس البيض ونخلط باضراب الكهربائي قليلا ونضيف عليها الماء والسكر بعد ما تصل درجة حرارتهما 117د ونخلط با الضراب الكهربائي ثم نضيف كمية الزبدة تدريجيا ونواصل الخلط حتى يصبح قوامه كريمي ثم نضيف عليها علبة شوكولاته 100غ بعد تذويبها ونكمل الخلط حتى يصبح قوامه كريمي.
- لتحضير قلاصاج الشوكولاته نضع في خلاط كهربائي كل من السكر احليب الزيت والكاكاو ونخلط جيداً حتى يتماسك الخليط و يصبح قوامه كريمي.
- عندما ينضج الكيك نقوم بتقسيمه الى 3 طبقات بعدها نسقي كل طبقة ب الشاربات و نضع عليها كريمة الزبدة ثم نطلي الكيك با قلاصاج الشوكولاته ونزينه ايضا با كريمة الزبدة والموز و الكاوكاو المكسر.
