- نحضر الكريمة نضع الزبدة و السكر ناعم في إناء ونخفقها جيداً مع اضافة الفانيلا وملاعق الحليب حتى الحصول على كريمة بيضاء وملساء نضعها في ثلاجة مدة 20 دقيقة.
- نلصق حبات الصابلي مع بعض ونضع طبقة جيدة من الكريمة ونضعها في الثلاجة حتى تحكم روحها مليح.
- نضع الشوكولاتة على حمام مائي نضيف لها الزيت بحيث لكل 100غ من شوكولاتة ملعقة واحدة زيت.
- نقلاصي الحبات الصابلي بالشوكولاتة ونزينها انا زبنتها بالحلقومة ونضعها في كيسات ورقية وتقدم وشهية طيبة.
