- ننقع الخليع في الماء حتى نخفف الملوحة،بعدها نقطعه قطعا صغيرة..
- نقطع البصل شرائح مع الثوم و نقليهما في الزيت مع نصف كمية الملح و الفلفل ثم نضيف الطماطم بعد أن نفرمها مع إضافة باقي التوابل و نترك الكل ينضج على نار هادئة..
- نفتح الكريات بالاستعانة بالزيت نحشيها بالبصل و الطماطم أو الخليع ثم نطوي الجوانب..
- نطهيها من الجهتين ثم نضعها في علبة و نغلقها..
