1. اولا نكرمل السكر بمقلاة غير لاصقه للون المطلوب بني فاتح (عسلي🍮)واضافته وهو ساخن في قالب وتحريكه بسرعه على الجوانب.
2. ثانيا الكريم نضع كل مكوناته بالخلاط الكهربائي ومن ثم تصفيته فوق الكرميل.
3. ثالثا نقوم بعمل الكيكه خفق البيض مع الفانيلا وسكر جيداً ثم اضافة الزيت بالتدريج بعد دقيقه اضافة الحليب.
4. ثم اضافة الطحين والكاكاو والبيكنج باودر منخولين مع بعض مرتين بتدريج الى خليط الكيك حتى تتجانس المكونات جيداً ثم دهن بقليل من الزيت جوانب القالب فوق الكريم حتى لا تلتصق الكيكه اضافة الخليط فوق الكريم بخفة وهز القالب حتى تتساوا الكيك ونضعه بعد ذلك في الفرن لمدة ساعة كامل بوضعه داخل صينيه اكبر وفيها ماء مغلي (حمام مائي) وبعد ساعة نتركه جانبا ليبرد ويتماسك وبعدها نضعه في الثلاجه لمده من 4الى6 ساعات.
