- من جهة أخرى نضع كل مكونات الحشوة في إناء وتخلط مع بعض جيداً.
- على سطح العمل تفرد كرة العجين نضع قليل من الحشوة ومن فوقها كرة عجين أخرى بعد فردها رفيعة جداً طبعاً باليد وتطهى في طاجين خاص بالرقاق أو كسرة الشخشوخة.
- ترش بقليل من الزيت وتطهى من الجهتين وهكذا حتى نكمل كل العجين.
