- اما العجين نحط السميد والملح والماء وندلك قليلا حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية نغطيها نخليها ترتاح بعد ذلك نبدأ في عملية العجن دون ان نقطع العجين ونسقيه بالماء حتى نتحصل على عجينة ملساء وجارية نوعا ما نشكلها دوائر صغيرة ندهنها بالزيت نغطيها بكيس بلاستيكي ونخليها ترتاح جيداً.
- نضع طاجين النحاس يسخن على النار ونأتي بحبات العجين نطرحها على لوحة خشبية ونضع الحشو في الوسط ونطوي نرش الطاجين بالزيت ونضعها تطهى وتقلب من حين لآخر.
