- نجمع مكونات العجينة بالماء حتى تتحصلي على عجينة متماسكة نغلفها بكيس بلاستيكي او ورق شفاف ونتركها ترتاح 30د او اكثر بعد ذلك ندلكها قليلا و ونشكلها كرات ثم نطليها بالزيت ونتركها ترتاح مرة اخرى 5 دقائق.
- نضع الطاجين على النار ثم نفتح العجينة رقيقة بالقليل من الزيت ثم نرفعها ونضعها في الطاجين نضعها في كيس بلاستيكي ونغطيها بفوطة كي لا تنشف (مثل التريد).
- في مقلاة نضع الزيت والبصل و الثوم ونحركه قليلا ثم نضيف الطماطم والتوابل وصلصة الحارة ونتركها تستوي بعد ذلك نتركها تبرد تماما.
- نضع الحشوو الجبن في الوسط ونطويها مثل المسمن ثم نضعها في مقلاة او طاجين يكون ساخن ومدهون بالزيت.
- وبالصحة والراحة.
