- اخفقي البيض والفانيلا والسكر وبعدين حطي الزيت واخفقي ضيفي البيكينج بودر للدقيق والكاكاو ورشة الملح وحطيهم على خليط البيض وقلبي براحة مع إضافة الحليب بالتناوب لغاية مايبقى خليط ناعم وبينزل من الملعقة على هيئة خيط متواصل وبدون تقطيع.
- ضيفي خليط الكيك فوق الكريم كراميل شوية شوية واوعي تقلبيه أو تحركيه كتير وتكوني محمية الفرن من قبل بعشر دقايق على درجة حرارة 180 حطي القالب في صينية بها ميلة مغليه لحد نصف القالب واتركيها في الفرن لمدة ساعة تقريبا واختبريها قبل ماتطلعيها بسكين اذاطلع السكين ناشف يبقى كده استوت طلعيها خليها تبرد بره التلاجة وبعدين حطيها في التلاجة مش أقل من أربع ساعات وبالعافية 😉.
