1. نقون بخلط البيض والملح والسكر والزيت اولا ثم نضع الطحين والحليب والبيكنغ باودر والماء ونخلطها جيدا حتى نحصل على قوام كريمي ثم نقسمها نصفين نضع للنصف الثاني الكاكاو ثم نخبز النصف الاول بقالب دائري الشكل لمده نصف ساعه ثم بعدها نقوم بخبز النصف الثاني بالقلب ايضا...
2. ثم نقوم بتحضير كريم كراميل بخلط البيض والسكر جيدا ثم نظيف الحليب ونخلطها جميعا ثم نضعها بقالب دائري ويوضع صحن فيه ماء ويوضع القالب الدائري في داخله ويوضع في الفرن لمده 45_50د .وبعد ان تخرج من الفرن نقوم بوضع طبقه الكيكه البيضاء ثم الكريم كراميل ثم طبقه الكيكه بالكاكاو..
3. نحضر طبقه التغطيه بوضع النشا والسكر والماء والصبغ والكاكاو على النار ونخلطها سويا الى ان تتماسك وتترك لتبرد ثم نغلف الكيكه بها واللمسه الاخيرة نضع مبروش على الوجه.
