  2. الكريم كراميل:في وعاء بخفق البيض/ الفانيلا و السكر جيداً ثم يضاف الحليب البودرة و الماء و برش الحامض.
  3. الكيك: يخفق البيض و السكر جيداً ثم يضاف الزيت ثم الحليب مع الخفق قليلا على سرعة متوسطة و اخيرا نضيف المكونات الجافة الطحين + بايكينغ باودر نخفق على سرعة متوسطة الى سريعة حتى التجانس.
  4. عندما يبرد الكراميل كليا في القالب نضيف فوقه خليط الكريم كراميل ثم خليط الكيك نسكبه بشكل دائري و متناسق فوق الكريم كراميل ولا نخاف اذا امتزجت المكونات مع بعضها!!☺.
  5. نضع قالب الخبز في صينية خبز مع كوب ماء ساخن و قطعة حامض (حمام بخاري) و ندخله الى الفرن المحمى مسبقا على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ لمدة ٣٥- ٤٠ دقيقة..
  6. نترك القالب خارج الفرن حوالي ساعة حتى يبرد قبل قلبه. اذا ثم وضعه في البراد قبل قلبه يجب تمريره على النار قليلا حتى يذوب الكراميل قبل قلبه..
