- نذوب السكر مع الماء و الليمون على الغاز حتى يصبح اللون مكرمل و نصبه في القالب.
- للكريم : نخفق البيض جيدا و نضيف المكونات الباقية عدا برش الليمون و البرتقال.
- نصفي الخليط في وعاء اخر لتفادي الفقاعات و لتكون النتيجة كريم كراميل املس و لذيذ ثم نضيف برش الليمون و البرتقال للخليط و نصبه فوق الكراميل.
- نخفق البيض للكيك مع كل المكونات السائلة و ننخل المكونات الجافة فوق الخليط ثم نوزع الخليط فوق طبقة الكريم.
- نضع القالب في حمام مائي و ندخله الفرن المحمى مسبقا بدرجة 180 بين 30 و 35 دقيقة.
- يدخل القالب بدون قلب للبراد حتى يجمد 7 ساعات ثم نسخن ماء في صينية و نضع القالب بداخلها ليذوب الكراميل.
- نقلبها بحذر و بالهناء.
