2. نحضر صينه الفرن الزجاجيه ونسكب اولا خليط الكيك ومن ثم نسكب فوقه خليط البوتين ونضع صينه الفرن في حمام مائي وندخله فالفرن على درجه حراره متوسطه لمده تترواح ما بين 30 دقيقه الى 45 دقيقه وبعدها نلاحظ ارتفاع طبقه الكيك للاعلى ونزول طبقه البوتين للاسفل ومن ثم نطفئ النار ولا نخرجها من الفرن حتى يساعدع نضوج الكيك من الوسط.
3. طبقة الكرميل: تخلص في الخلاط جيدا و توضع فوق النار حتى يذوب الكرميل ثم تصب فوق قدرة قادر للتزين.
