4. البصل يقطع شرايح رفيع جداً ويدعك بمعلقة ملح ويترك في مصفة لمدة ربع ساعة نفرد مناديل مطبخ وناشف البصل من الماء.
5. ونبدأ نخلط الدقيق مع البصل ونحط في مصفاة لحد مانزل الدقيق الزيادة ونبدا نقلي في زيت سخن حبه حبة ونفرد على مناديل ورق بيحتفظ بقرمشه لمدة يومين.
6. بعد سواي العدس نضربه في الخلاط.
7. نحمر ثوم وكزبرة وكمون وشطة مع بعض في الزيت ونضيف معلقتين خل وننزل بالعدس المضروب في الخلاط ونضيف الملح.
