- نضيف بياض البيض لي طلعناه كالثلج الى الخليط لكن نحركو بالعقل من الفوق الى التحت بلا مانهبطو الخليط و نفرغو في مول مدهون و مرشوش بالفرينة و نطيبو على درجة حرارة 160° ومانحلوش الفور عليها الا بعد مرور 15 دقيقة باش ماتهبطش.
- بعد ما تطيب اي تستوي الجينواز نخلوها ترتاح و تبرد مليح (من الاحسن تبات) و نقسموها و التزيين اختياري.
- نطلع كريم شانتيه مع الحليب و الياغورت شوكولاتة و ملعقة عجينة الكراميل مليح و نضعها في الثلاجة تتماسك قليلا قبل الاستعمال.
