2. يغسل كل من العدس والأرز والبرغل ويترك جانبا.
3. يقطع البصل والثوم ويوضع في قدر مع ملعقتين زيت وملعقه زبده ويحرك وبعد تقريبا 3 دقائق يضاف له خليط العدس والأرز والبرغل.
4. تخلط المكونات جيداً ونضيف نصف مكعب الخضار ولتر ماء ساخن ويغطي على نار هادئة لغاية النضج.
5. في قدر آخر صغير نضع ملعقه زيت زيتون وملعقه زبده وملعقه طحين ونحرك حتى يذوب الطحين ونضيف صلصة طماطم مقدار ملعقه واحده ونحرك المزيج ومكعب الخضار وملعقه نعناع ناشف.
6. نضيف على خليط الطحين لتر ماء ونتركه حتى يصل للغليان ثم نضيفه على خليط العدس ويحرك لتمتزج المكونات مع بعض ونرش بقدونس على الوجه ويقدم... وبالعافيه.
7. اذا حسيتوا ان القوام ثقيل ممكن نضيف شويه ماء حتى يصبح ثقل الشوربه مناسب لرغبتكم 👍🤩.
