3. نضع مكونات خلطة القلي في إناء عميق، نخلطها ثم نبدأ في وضع قطع الدجاج بشكل فردي لتكتسي الطبقة الأخيرة ثم نبدأ القلي في زيت غزير وساخن وعلى نار هادئة. مدة القلي نصف ساعة مع التقليب المستمر. آخر عشر دقائق نرفع النار ليتحمر الدجاج ثم نضعه في شبك ثم على ورقة المطبخ..
