  2. تجهيز الارز يتم وضع جميع البهارات على الارز والملح وحبة بندورة واحدة مقطعة مربعات صغيرة والبقدونس المفروم وزيت الطبخ.
  3. يتم تقطيع حبة البندورة شرائح دائرية والبصل كمان والثوم.
  4. نرتب الدجاج في قعر الطنجرة ثم طبقة البصل والبندورة وقطع الثوم.
  5. يتم حشو ورق العنب ولفه بالطريقة المعتادة.
  6. يتم رص الورق فوق الدجاج ووضع عليه ملعقة من صلصة البندورة بعدين تغمريهم بالماء حتى يصير مستوى الماء اعلى من الورق بشوي.
  7. تطبخيه اول 10 دقائق على نار عالية وبعدها تخففيه على نار هادية حوالي ساعة الى ساعة ونص حسب كمية الطبخة.
  8. تقدمية بصينية كبيرة وتزينيه بشرائح الليمون مع لبن رائب وصحة وهنا 😍🤗.
  9. ملاحظة:😇 بعد ٥٠ دقيقة تتفقدي الماء بدك تحملي الطنجرة وتميليها على جنب شوي وتشوفي اذا صفت الماء على جهة والا ما ضل ماء حتى ما تنسيها وتحترق 😉😁.
