1. نقطع الدجاج الى ٨ قطع ونعمل فتحات من كل الجهات حتى تدخل التتبيلة.
2. نتبل الدجاج بالمقادير المكتوبة ونتركه بالثلاجه اقل شي مده ساعة ويفضل ليلة كامله.
   
3. نجهز خليط الطحين.
   
   
   
4. الان التجهيزات : نجهز الدجاج المتبل وخليط الطحين وصحن فيه ماء وزيت غزيير حار اعلى درجه.
5. اولا نأخذ الدجاج المتبل نضعه بالخليط ونقلبه عالراحه لمده دقيقه ونتاكد ان غطيناه من كل الجوانب ثم نضعه ثانيه في الماء ونخرجه ونضعه بالخليط مره اخرى (ممكن تكرارها مره ثانيه).
   
   
6. نضع الدجاجة في الزيت الغزير الحار على اعلى درجه ثم نقصر على النار الى متوسطة ونتركها حتى تستوي الدجاجه من الداخل.
