Steps to make الكشري المصري:

  1. يقطع البصل جوانح و يوضع في الدقيق.
  2. في مقلاة يوضع زيت الزيتون و يقلب به البصل حتى بتحمر تماما و يصبح مقرمشا يصفا من الزيت و يستخدم الزيت لكل الطبخة.
  3. يسلق العدس و يوضع له كمون في ماء السلق.
  4. اما نطبخ الارز مع العدس و الشعيرية و نضع عليه من ماء العدس او يطهى الارز بماء العدس و الشعيرية فقط حسب الرغبة انا بطبخ العدس مع الارز و يستخدم له من زيت البصل.
  5. لطبخ الارز يوضع من زيت البصل و تقلب الشعيرية حتى تشقر ثم يوضع الرز و العدس و يوضع الملح و الفلفل الاسود و الكمون بعد التقليب الجيد توضع الماء (حتى لا يعجن الرز نضع كمية اقل من الماء عن المعتاد).
  6. تسلق المعكرونة و يوضع معها من زيت البصل و ملح.
  7. يسلق الحمص و يوضع عليه كمون و ملح بالسلق.
  8. عمل دقة يهرس الثوم و يقلب بزيت من زيت البصل ثم يوضع عليه الخل و الماء و الكمون و نغليه قليلا.
  9. عمل الصلصة الحمراء نطحن البندورة و الفليفلة و نهرس الثوم و نقلبه بالزيت ثم نضع البندورة و باقي المكونات و نتركها تتسبك.
  10. و تقدم الف صحة و عافية.
