- لتحضير القشطة: نضع الطحين والسكر و النشا والحليب، ونخلط المكونات جيداً، حتى يذوب الطحين والنشا بشكلٍ كامل، ونضع الخليط على درجة حرارة متوسطة، مع التحريك المستمر، حتى يتشكل لدينا خليط ثقيل. نضيف ماء الزهر وماء الورد ، ونحرك المكونات، ثم نرفع الخليط عن النار، ونتركه جانباً حتى يبرد.
- لتحضير حلاوة الجبن:نضع السكر والماء على النار.. عندما يذوب السكر نهائياً تظهر فقاقيع نضيف كوب سميد ناعم تدريجيا مع التحريك المتواصل ليتشرب السميد الماء بعدها نضيف جبنة الموتزاريلا ونحرك جيدا حتى تتماسك الجبنة….
- نضيف ماء الزهر وماء الورد. نحرك جيدا لمدة ربع ساعة تقريبا على نار خفيفة مع الإستمرار بتحريك العجينة وشد عجينة حلاوة الجبنة للأعلى….
- عندما نحصل على كتلة واحدة على شكل عجينة نفردها بين ورق الخبز او ورق نايلون..
- نبرد عجينة حلاوة الجبنة قليلا ثم نحشيها بالقشطة ونلفها على شكل رول ونقصها. نسكب عليها القطر ونزينها.
