نضع الحليب مع الزيت و ملح و نضيف الطحين تدريجيا و نضيف خميرة الحلوى و نبقى نضيف في الطحين الى ان تصبح عند عجينة طرية و متماسكة نتركها ترتاح.
في هذه الأثناء نقلي البصل في زيت و نقلبهم حتى يذبل ثم نضيف تونة له نخلط جيدا.
في صحن نفرغ علبة الكريمة الطازجة و نضيف لها البيضة و فلفل اسود و ملح و نخلطهم جيدا مع بعض.
نقوم بفرد العجينة حتى تصبح رفيعة السمك ثم نضعها في صينية و نقوم بتسوية اطرافها على صينية نثقب العجينة بالشوكة ثم نضيف خليط التونة مع البصل نضيف الجبن المبشور واخر شيء نضيفه هو خليط الكريمة مع بيضة ونضع زينوت من فوقها ثم ندخلها للفرن حتى تطهى جيدا.
