- في قدر آخر صغير نضع ملعقه زيت زيتون وملعقه زبده وملعقه طحين ونحرك حتى يذوب الطحين ونضيف صلصة طماطم مقدار ملعقه واحده ونحرك المزيج ومكعب الخضار وملعقه نعناع ناشف.
- نضيف على خليط الطحين لتر ماء ونتركه حتى يصل للغليان ثم نضيفه على خليط العدس ويحرك لتمتزج المكونات مع بعض ونرش بقدونس على الوجه ويقدم... وبالعافيه.
