- نضع اللحم في الفرن لمدة 15دقيقة على 200درجة حتى يحكم روحو.
- نحي الدجاج وكريات اللحم ثم أضع رولات اللحم في المرق لمدة 15دقيقة تم نحيها واضعها في مقلات فيها القليل من الزبدة ونحمرهم.
- ثم نحمر الدجاج.
- نقطع الرولي إلى دوائر نحطهم في صحن التقديم وبالصحة.
