- في إناء نضع بيض بحرارة غرفة وسكر و فانيليا ونضرب بالضراب كهربائي حتى يبياض خليط ويضاعف الحجم تاعه ثم نضيف فرينة وكاكاو مغربلين وندخلهم في خليط بدون ما نهبط خليط ثم نضع خليط في صينية متوسطة حجم نسكبه فوق ورق طهي في فرن 150 د مدة 10 د كي نخرج بسكوي روليه ونغطوه بقطعة قماش كي يبرد نشربوه بعصير او سيرو.
- ونضع طبقة رقيقة من كريمة شانتي لي نكونوا طلعناها بالضراب كهربائي و نرولو ثم نطليه بكريمة شانتي كامل وندخلوه مجمد يجمد فوق 12 ساعة لكي عندما نضع عليه ڨلاصاج ميروار يشد فوقه.
- نخلط جيداا ثم نقوم بتصفيته من حبوب ونقوم بسكبه فوق بسكوي رولي ونقوم بضرب شبكة لكي ينزل باقي ونرش فوقه كاكاو ونتركه يتماسك مدة 15 د.
- بعد مرور 12 ساعة نقوم بتحضير ڨلاصاج ميروار في كاسرونة نحط 200 ملل حليب و50 غرام سكر فوق نار كي يسخن حليب ننزع كاسرونة من فوق نار و نضيف 300 غرام شوكولاتة مقطعة الى قطع صغيرة و50 غرام مارغرين ونخلط جيداا حتى يذوبوا كي يذوبوا نضيف 40 غرام كاكاو مغربل و50 ملل زيت ونخلط ثم نضيف 10 غرام جيلاتين نباتي حلال لي نكونوا حليناه في قليل من ماء دافئ..
- ثم نقوم بتقطيعه الى قطع متساوية و نقوم بتزيينها حسب رغبة انا نصف زينته بكريمة شانتي متبقية ونصف بورقة ذهبية.
