- نغربل الفرينة و الكاكاو ونضيف بشوية و نحرك بسبتيلا من تحت لفوق نوجد سنية الفرن نحط الخليط فوق ورق الزبدة وندخل الفرن ١٨٠ درجة مدة ١٢ دقيقة.
- كيما تخرجيه نغربل فوقو سكر ناعم شوية برك نروليه بالورق بعد ما يبرد و نخليه على جنب.
- بالنسبة للكريمة لازم نوجدوها مسبقا بليلة انا سخنت الكريمة وحطيت عليعا الشوكولا نحرك جيدا باش تدوب منبعد نغطيها ونخبيها في الثلاجة في الغد تكون تماسكت نطلعها بواسطة خلاط كهربائي نشرب الجينواز بالقهوة او سيرو حسب الرغبة و نحط الكريمة.
- نروليه و ندهنو من فوق وندخلو ثلاجة ٥ دقائق في نفس الوقت ندوب شوكولا في حمام مائي نضيف الزيت وكاوكاو نجبد رولي من الثلاجة ونصب فوقو القاناج.
